WE'RE LOOKING FOR ACCOUNT MANAGER!
Key Responsibilities:
- Getting new clients: Involves identifying prospects, building relationships, and converting them into long-term clients through tailored solutions and strategic communication.
- Identifying opportunities: Identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
- Maintaining relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, key business executives, and stakeholders.
- Meeting client needs: Manage expectations and ensure that client needs are met in a timely manner.
- Achieving sales targets: Achieve assigned sales targets and quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Preparing reports: Prepare sales reports and provide account updates and sales forecasts to sales and executive management.
- Delivering presentations: Present products or services to potential customers in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Managing projects: Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Completing administrative work: Complete administrative work as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or in any relevant role.
- Experienced in Training or Learning industries is a plus.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Punctual and disciplined due to daily basis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
