Membangun pemahaman dasar mengenai digital marketing analytics serta peran data dalam pengambilan keputusan. Peserta mempelajari struktur digital marketing funnel dan KPI yang relevan pada setiap tahap (awareness, engagement, conversion, retention). Sesi ini menjadi fondasi untuk analisis performa yang lebih mendalam.

Session 2: Channel Performance Analysis & Opportunity Identification

Peserta belajar menganalisis performa berbagai channel digital secara komprehensif, serta mengidentifikasi problem dan opportunity berdasarkan data yang tersedia.

Session 3: Building Effective Reports & Dashboards

Mampu mengubah insight menjadi rekomendasi dan rencana yang konkret, termasuk perbaikan strategi channel, optimasi konten, dan peningkatan funnel, serta mampu menyusun reporting & dashboard yang efektif agar monitoring performa menjadi lebih terstruktur.

Session 4: Workshop: Analyzing Digital Marketing Data Effectively

Berlatih menganalisis dataset digital marketing (ads, social, atau website), serta mengidentifikasi masalah di tiap funnel, menemukan peluang optimasi, dan menyusun rencana aksi selanjutnya berdasarkan data.
